Christian joined the GP Realty team in 2018 as a Senior Analyst. working on loans through the entire process from prescreen to close. Christian continues to grow his underwriting knowledge and particularly enjoys building various financial models for his clients. In addition, Christian originates transactions for his valued clients, assisting them by placing loans that best suit the property, and its specific requirements. Prior to GP Realty, Christian worked at Symetra Life Insurance Company for 4 years in their mortgage loan department. At Symetra, he spent time as asset manager prior to joining their analyst team. As an analyst, Christian underwrote various asset classes including multi-family, retail, office, self-storage, mobile home parks, industrial, and hospitality. Christian grew up in Spokane. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from University of Puget Sound where he also played football. On the weekends Christian enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and 2 children.
